Is there a refund window?+
Yes, 7 days. If you cancel within 7 days of your first charge and you have not pulled more than one full report, we refund the first weekly charge. Email support@realsmile.online with your checkout email and we process it within 1 business day.
Will I be auto-charged forever?+
No. The subscription bills every 7 days until you cancel. There is no annual contract, no minimum term, and no early-termination fee. Cancel before the next 7-day cycle ends and you stop being charged.
