Railway backend + database outage
Our Railway-hosted Postgres database and face-scan backend service are temporarily unreachable. Mobile face scans and account lookups (saved reports, order history) will fail until service resumes. Stripe checkout and payments are unaffected — any purchase made during the outage will unlock automatically once the backend returns (Stripe retries webhook deliveries up to 3 days).

Outage detected via internal database probe failure. Investigating with Railway. Site-wide outage banner deployed; mobile scan now surfaces a backend-outage error instead of a misleading "no face detected" message.
