TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALSMILE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You must be at least 13 years old to use RealSmile. If you are between 13 and 18, you should use the Service with parental or guardian awareness. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18 for analysis.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these terms, abuses the Service, or engages in harmful behavior. Since RealSmile does not require accounts, termination would take the form of IP-based or technical access restrictions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arlington County, Virginia.
