One day after your scan: what to do with the score
By Randy at RealSmile·
Hey Reader,
It has been 1 day since you scanned. Here is the fix.
Your scan flagged Jawline Angle at 42/100 as the lowest-scoring metric. Most people in your score band lift their overall score 5 to 10 points by working a single weak metric for 30 days.
A weak jawline angle is usually 70% posture and 30% structure. Run the cheap fixes first.
- Mewing posture (tongue flat against the roof of the mouth, lips sealed, teeth lightly touching) for at least 3 weeks before judging the change. Most jawline lift comes from tongue position, not chewing gum.
- Mastic gum 30 minutes a day, hard side only. Falim or Turkish mastic gum builds masseter mass over 6 to 8 weeks. Regular chewing gum is too soft to load the muscle.
- If your score is below 50, a mandibular advancement device worn during sleep advances the mandible position over 6+ months. Lower-risk than fillers, no surgical cost.
The 3-step loop (free):
- Pick one of the three tips above. Don't try to run all three at once.
- Daily for 30 days. Consistency beats intensity.
- Rescan with the same lighting and angle. The delta is the only honest feedback.
