Tongue flat against the roof of the mouth, full back-third included, lips sealed, breath through the nose only. 2 minutes a day, in the mirror so you can see it. The "tongue tip behind front teeth" version most TikToks teach actually weakens the masseter line. Front-third posture = weaker jaw. Back-third = the lifting effect you want.
